By downloading, installing, or using sygnl ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Restrictions

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWITY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the App
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sygnl from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sygnl is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
